India had done some remarkable things in Space Research field in last few years. Our nation succeeded in sending one lunar orbiter, Chandrayaan-1 and one Mars orbiter, Mars Orbiter Mission. The space research activities started from the beginning of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in 1969. Till then we have launched a number of satellites and lastly made a record by sending 104 satellites in a single rocket.
